Deeside Activity Park is a farm diversification project gone wild. As well as all the exciting activities on offer, we always try to excel at the food side of things.
With a great team and the best of our own Cairnton Aberdeen Angus beef, we feel we can offer something really quite special.
Our beef comes from mature Aberdeen Angus steers (not young dairy cross breeds), is well butchered and ‘dry aged’ for three weeks – often longer, to give a taste and texture that is all too often missing in beef from the ‘you-know-who’s’!
We make our own burgers, to a very simple recipe, as well as lasagnes and steak pies. Our barbecues in Summer are really something (see TripAdvisor), and our Autumn/Winter Sunday Carvery Lunch is not to be missed.
Private events to the same Carvery format are very popular, and for those who like to cook at home ask us for a Cairnton Aberdeen Angus Rib or Loin, for that special occasion.
Tours of the farm are offered every week, depending on what’s happening and who’d like to come.
